What data we collect and why

Contact form. When you use the contact form, your name, email address, and message are submitted via Formspree (formspree.io) and forwarded to our inbox. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list or share your details with third parties.

Analytics. This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless analytics tool. It records aggregate data such as page views, country, browser, and device type. No personal data is stored and no cookies are set. You cannot be individually identified.

Data processors

We use the following third-party services that may process data on our behalf:

• Formspree - processes contact form submissions. See their privacy policy.
• Cloudflare - hosts this website and provides analytics. See their privacy policy.

Data retention

Contact form messages are retained only for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry, after which they are deleted from our inbox.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email caro@carosantamariaocean.com.

This policy is intended to comply with Colombia's Ley 1581 de 2012 (data protection) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
